Content Creator + In-Store Assistant · Part-Time

LOWLOW is a streetwear brand rooted in East Los Angeles — built on culture, creativity, and community. As we grow, we are seeking dedicated, skilled, and professional individuals ready to contribute at a high level and represent this brand with integrity.

Role Overview & Expectations

Content Creator Duties

  • Plan, film, and edit short-form content independently for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Use CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent — you must already know how to edit before applying
  • Direct and shoot content with models or solo — both will happen, you must be comfortable either way
  • Develop your own creative concepts without needing constant direction or approval
  • Deliver consistent, quality content on schedule — no delays, no reminders
  • Collaborate on product drops, lookbooks, and in-store content days

In-Store Assistant Duties

  • Greet and assist every customer — represent LOWLOW with confidence, energy, and respect
  • Maintain store organization, folding, displays, and visual merchandising standards at all times
  • Handle transactions, restocking, and daily store operations with attention to detail and consistency
  • Support in-store content creation during store hours — camera-ready attitude required
  • Maintain a reliable, punctual presence — punctuality and accountability are a baseline expectation
  • Represent LOWLOW culture authentically to every person who walks through the door

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Demonstrated editing proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software
  • Self-motivated and independent — able to manage responsibilities without requiring constant direction
  • Experienced creating content both collaboratively with models and independently as needed
  • Strong work ethic with a consistent record of punctuality, reliability, and follow-through
  • Comfortable and confident on camera with a presence that aligns with the LOWLOW brand
  • Clear and proactive communicator who takes initiative and keeps the team informed
  • Available to work on-site at our East Los Angeles location
  • Genuine connection to LOWLOW’s culture, values, and community — with a long-term growth mindset
