Shipping
- Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+ (Standard).
- Orders under $75 ship Standard for a flat rate shown at checkout. Expedited is available at checkout.
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days from Los Angeles. U.S. delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after it ships.
- You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Track it anytime on our Order Tracking page.
- International: we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.
- Pre-orders ship when the drop arrives. The expected ship date is listed on the product page.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit (digital gift card). Store credit never expires.
- Pre-orders, limited drops and discounted items are final sale.
To start a return, email info@lowlowstreetwear.com with your order number. We'll reply with your return approval and the return address. Please don't ship anything back until you hear from us.
Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 10 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
